Rygor Group Ltd. Is Officially Certified as a Great Place to Work® For the Third Year Running

Rygor Group Ltd. has announced that it has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work® (large companies) for the third year running.

The multi-division automotive Group comprises of multi-award-winning, multi-franchise dealer Group, Rygor Auto; fleet repair and maintenance division, Rygor Service Solutions; approved used van sales with Apex Van Solutions; plant and construction machinery business, Rygor Plant; and Rygor Land Systems – providing comprehensive solutions for critical and deployable land-based assets.

Rygor Group Ltd. employs more than 600 team members, and the careful growth of Rygor’s expert team has been the result of a sustainable and considered, expansion of the business.

During the past 18-months, Rygor has diversified into several new areas of the automotive industry, extending its exceptional customer service levels across all areas of supply, repair, and maintenance. Furthermore, it has introduced Mercedes-Benz passenger car into Rygor Auto’s portfolio with a dedicated aftersales site on Green Lane in Heathrow. Importantly, the business has continuously enhanced and built on the benefits and workplace culture it offers its team members.

Great Place to Work® certification is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience – specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace. The feedback obtained from the TRUST INDEX© survey is used by Great Place to Work® to benchmark Rygor’s employee proposition, by asking Rygor Group employees to respond to 60 core statements on subjects such as company culture and benefits, inclusion and belonging, and leadership.

Importantly, scores given by team members relating to company culture, celebration and recognition, how proud team members feel about working for Rygor, and endorsement of Rygor as an employer, increased this year.
