Rygor Plant’s established position and extensive knowledge of our customer requirements means that our team are well served to deliver the HPC MOBILIAR Portable Compressors. With an air output ranging from 1 m³/min (27 cfm) all the way up to 48.1 m³/min (1700 cfm), Rygor Plant now provides a versatile solution that can meet almost all your needs. Setting Kaeser compressors apart is the SIGMA PROFILE rotary screw airend embedded into the heart of all MOBILIAR systems. Designed with high-precision rotors, energy efficiency is optimised while premium materials maximise the longevity and durability of compressors. Small Compressors with petrol engine – M13

High-quality motors, impact-resistant PE housing and resilience against temperatures as high as 40 °C makes the M13 portable compressor a convenient choice for construction sites. The 200kg MOBILAIR compressor fits into the smallest loading spaces with ease, with a long, foldable push handle also making the unit easy to manoeuvre. The M13 portable compressor is suitable for facing tough day-to-day conditions, from jobs such as powering impact moles and sewer robots all the way to use as a trade compressor for powering drills, saws, screwdrivers and grinders.
e-power – M27E, M31E, M50E
Low emission, quiet and maintenance-free. The ideal compressor for tunnels, excavation pits and buildings.
Kaeser’s quiet and emissions-free, electric portable compressor is the perfect choice for you when you’re operating in low emission and noise protection zones with its whisper-quiet electric drive. Usable wherever an electrical power connection is available, the connection is made easy with the unit featuring a 32A or 63A electrical outlet. Compact and durable, the design offers versatility as the chassis can be equipped with or without an overrun brake and is available with a fixed or height-adjustable tow bar for easy transportation with an operating weight of less than 750kg. Not only this but a hose reel option further enhances the usability of the compact electrical compressors to suit any environment you are operating in. The MOBILAIR e-power range excels in its ability to tailor solutions to your needs as units can be optionally equipped with a compressed air aftercooler to provide cool and condense-free compressed air all while enabling precision with required pressure adjustable in 0.1 bar steps.

Simple, Convenient and Safe Transportation: Kaeser hasn’t compromised power for portability, with the compact design of the M250E and M255E models meaning that two e-power units can be loaded side-by-side on a single loading bed. Lifting eyes further ensures safe loading security while skids not only enhance manoeuvrability but protection.
Extreme temperature durability: The special, low-temperature version allows you to operate in tough conditions. Capable of facing temperatures as low as -25°C
Delivered ready for connection: Furthermore, the user can choose between connection via a terminal box or quickly and easily using a POWERLOCK.
Lightweight (under 750kg) – M20, M27, M30, M59 and M65
Kaeser MOBILAIR portable compressors offer a multitude of variants to suit your needs. The M20 offers maximum flexibility weighing less than 460kg with a 30-litre tank which can last an entire shift. If you’re looking for a lightweight option with more power, the M59 model is available with aluminium components allowing the compressor to weigh less than 750kg. The M59 and M65 can also be equipped with skids or machine feet, further optimising the versatility of your tools. A choice of various overrun-braked chassis is available for the PE version of the M59 and M65. But that’s not all. pV controls (pressure-volume controls) optimise the flexibility of both units as maximum pressure is adjustable in steps of 0.1 bar between 6 and 14 bar. This directly influences the maximum possible flow rates.
M58 Utility – Stationary Portable Compressor
Looking for a more permanent supply of quality compressed air?
The M58 Utility removes the time involved with connecting, uncoupling and setting up towable systems. However, these features do not mean that portability is compromised. Kaeser has maintained the compact design allowing the M58 Utility to be easily transported on the loading bed of a truck or lorry. With a 105-litre fuel tank, economical Kubota diesel engine and Kaeser rotary screw airend equipped with SIGMA PROFILE rotors, the M58 Utility can operate continuously for up to 10 hours.
Versatile portable compressor – M82
Exceptional Power and Versatility. The ideal compressor for construction sites.
The M82 is a powerful all-rounder which can be tailored to meet all your needs. A range of optional synchronous generators and/or compressed air treatment, chassis with overrun brake and stationary versions make the M82 model highly versatile.
Diesel-Diven Compressors – M125, M171, M255
Powerful, Efficient and Compact. The ideal compressor for mining and industrial applications.
These oil-injected portable compressors are the powerhouses of the MOBILAIR range, EU emission level V engines ensure dependable and environmentally friendly operations. With generous-sized fuel tanks, these compressors are more than capable to last an entire work shift. Featuring pV control, Kaeser’s diesel-driven compressors offer high levels of flexibility with the ability for one system to deliver pressures between 6 and 14 bar.
Weighing under 3,500 kg, the M255 remains compact and light for its class while guaranteeing maximum performance as the king of Kaeser’s oil-injected portable compressors. Spin-on cartridges fitted to the oil tank further ensure that maintenance remains cost-effective, and a tandem-axle chassis assures road and construction site safety.
Oil Free Air – M500-2
Maximum compressed air volumes, quality and flexibility. The ideal compressor for refinery applications.
M500-2 is Kaeser’s flagship compressor benefitting from all the advantages of a two-stage oil-free compression rotary screw compressor as well as those of a portable unit. With the ability to operate throughout two consecutive shifts and resistance to temperatures up to 300 °C, the M500-2 is the ultimate environmentally friendly compressor for providing compressed air bridging operations when maintenance or repairs are required.
