SWING LOADERS
The AS750 is the larger version of the Mecalac AS600 swing loader. It features an 1870 mm wheelbase for enhanced stability, an increased engine power of 45 kW (61 hp), and greater lifting and loading capacity. Its “P” (Parallel) bucket kinematics provide excellent precision during handling operations, especially when using pallet forks or the load hook.

Proven stability
The stability of this machine is completely assured. When the rear axle is locked, any load lifted by the front bucket can be rotated 180° without losing steadiness. Thanks to its remarkable stability on all terrains and in various positions, the Swing Loader significantly improves logistics at construction sites. No matter the circumstances, it maintains its equilibrium while moving on site, between sites, or during different work stages. It combines mobility with the ability to overcome obstacles effortlessly. Additionally, its small turning radius provides a high degree of manoeuvrability, even in the most confined spaces.

Mobility
Three steering modes
Urban construction sites frequently suffer from congestion, limited workspace, and challenging ground conditions. This machine features a one-piece frame designed with three standard steering modes: two-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, and crab steering. As a result, its mobility is fully guaranteed.

Turning radius over bucket
With 4-wheel steering, combined with the 180° swivel arm, the Mecalac swing can perform a complete rotation on a footprint that is 20% smaller than that of a conventional loader.

Mecalac Swing: Immediate Efficiency
Urban construction sites and areas with limited space and time are ideal environments for compact wheeled loaders. In addition to their compact design, the efficiency of a wheeled loader is largely determined by its loading and unloading cycles. These cycles involve numerous time-consuming manoeuvres that account for a significant portion of a conventional loader’s working hours. With these considerations in mind, the innovative Mecalac Swing Loader concept was developed. The swing concept places an even greater emphasis on the operational aspects of a wheeled loader, enhancing both its efficiency and the comfort of the driver.

Compactness, efficiency
Operational efficiency has been significantly improved by saving time during all manoeuvres and minimizing unnecessary movements. The Swing loader, equipped with an articulating arm, pivots rather than needing to be repositioned. This results in less wasted time, reduced noise and visual disturbance, lower maintenance requirements, a decreased risk of accidents, and a smaller environmental impact. For instance, while a conventional loader requires a footprint of 10 meters to load a truck, the Swing loader only needs 5 meters.

Sanding a trench
Not blocking traffic while filling a trench saves time and minimizes disruption. The Mecalac Swing Loader’s exceptional compactness enables it to dump sand in a single lane, whereas other loaders often require two lanes.
